UX/UI Designer - Freelance

May 2021 - Present

Redesigned the desktop and mobile website for SeattleBallooning.com, a platform that allows visitors to book premium hot air balloon flights.

  • Conducted 5 user interviews and released surveys to target audience of over 15 users to identify interests and preferences.

  • Spearheaded the redesign of the homepage, and booking process (including menu, calendar and checkout page)

Redesigned the desktop and mobile website of the Department of Education.

  • Conducted dozens of user interviews and developed multiple surveys to target audience for "the Ed."

  • Designed the UI of the site and iterated based on feedback from user tests (12 total)

Operations Specialist

May 2018 - present

Responsible for the Institutional Trading of various banks, custodial accounts, RIAs, and trust accounts.

  • Run a daily review of trade rejects from the previous trading session with time-sensitive resolution of those trades.

  • Support the account managers of TPAs and clients through communication of fund related issues and delays. 

  • Submit trade orders on mutual funds and ETFs. 

  • Address incoming emails and phone calls from Transfer Agents and Fund Companies regarding trade issues for dollar amounts ranging from less than 1 share to $100 million.
